The programme is based on curated content from LinkedIn Learning, so the quality of the study materials is very high. A single daily lesson takes around 15 to 20 minutes, so it is not too demanding in terms of time. The challenge, however, is building the discipline to show up every day. Fortunately I managed to establish a routine and that is how I got it done. The content brought me a great deal of valuable knowledge. Overall I perceive the study very positively. It is certainly a significantly different approach from a classic MBA, where you have the opportunity to interact and build contacts. What is next after the MBA?

I joined the LIGS University DBA (Finance) in January 2026. I am now a doctoral student at LIGS University. Through this, I was accepted to enroll in the national financial educators certification program as Certified Financial Educator (CFE). I now have another capability as a financial educator in Tanzania.
After the MBA, I proceeded with enrollment into the ICF – International Coaching Federation, where now I have 65 hours of supervised mentor coaching. My goal is to hit 100 hours by September 2026 and get accredited as ICF ACC Level coach.
I have designed coaching and mentoring programs for women and youth entrepreneurs in Tanzania.
